We’re pleased to announce that this impressive development is now 100% leased while still under construction. The DC1A building will soon welcome SFL Ltd, a Hungarian-owned freight forwarding and warehousing company, which, together with GREE Magyarország will use the building for the infrastructural upgrading of air-conditioning and ventilation equipment logistics processes in a joint development.

The newest park in Prologis’ Hungarian portfolio is set in a premium location just 17 kilometers south of Budapest city center in Szigetszentmiklós, next to the M0 motorway. The motorway provides quick and easy access to the international airport as well as the M1, M7 and M5 motorways, making the park an ideal strategic location for distribution activities.

Thanks to sustainable features such as solar panels, renewable energy sources account for an impressive 25 percent of the total energy supply at Budapest-Sziget II.
