Motion sensors in social rooms can be programmed in accordance with the customer’s needs, thus reducing lighting costs and helping prevent the spread of COVID-19. The increased load-bearing capacity of the roof meanwhile provides a base for installing photovoltaic systems, with solar panels to be used, among other things, for heating water in office areas..
