Prologis Park Prague-Airport

Prologis Park Prague-Airport hosts a unique mix of businesses in five buildings totaling 135,000 square meters. As well as facilities designed to enhance the wellbeing of its occupants through noise reduction and plenty of natural light and fresh air, all customers benefit from Prologis’ PARKlife concept – a range of services and amenities, backed by experienced in-house property management, which are designed to make their employees feel comfortable at work.

Employees have access to bike racks and comfortable facilities with lockers, showers and spacious changing rooms. The use of alternative modes of transport to get to and from work is facilitated by a bus stop located directly within the park, offering great connectivity between Jeneč, Kladno and Prague, while the railway station is five minutes’ walk away on foot. There are also a large number of parking places reserved for car sharing.

Now, three new customers are joining the Prologis family after signing lease agreements totaling 16,400 square meters, which will bring occupancy levels at the park back up to full capacity.

“In such a challenging environment, it is always a welcome sign that new customers choose Prologis to meet their requirements, both in terms of the quality facilities provided and the services that make employee working conditions better and safer. We look forward to forming close-working and lasting relationships as we assist these new customers in meeting all their business goals and ambitions,” says Martin Baláž, vice president, country manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The new partnerships comprise the following:

  • 8,450 square meters at Building 3 for Schenk Process, a German based international company focused on industrial weighing and feeding technologies, the conveyance and screening of bulk material and air filtration technologies;
  • 5,400 square meters at Building 4 for Digital People, a specialized Czech clothing company with the European e-shop;
  • 2,560 square meters at Building 3 for MRKInvest, the operators of popular Czech e-shop Toto Nabytek, providing home furniture and kitchen units.

Schenk Process, MRKInvest and Digital People join our diversified customer portfolio from a variety of industries, which illustrates just how important it is to understand a broad range of different sector needs to offer the right support and instill confidence.

Prologis Park Prague-Airport is a place where all types of businesses can make their home and flourish, secure in the knowledge that we can provide them with kinder, healthier work environments for their employees. Partnerships… Made in Prologis.
