Finance Manager CE

As Finance Manager for Central Europe (CE), Tomasz Fik manages the regional financial planning and analysis department. He is responsible for budgeting and forecasting the company’s operational and investment activity and for management reporting covering the extensive scope of the company’s activity in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Tomasz has over 11 years of expertise in financial positions. He started his career in one of the “Big Four” consulting companies where he worked on various projects related to managerial accounting and financial modelling. After leaving consulting business he has moved to Real Estate companies where he has worked in Property Management Departments in CBRE Corporate Outsourcing and BNP Paribas Real Estate being responsible for management reporting of the managed properties. Before joining Prologis he was responsible for creating and implementing standard processes and procedures for project cost control at ERGO Technology and Services S.A.

Tomasz graduated from Free University of Berlin with the Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. He is currently a CIMA strategic level student.
