New Standard of Customer Experience From All-New Team in Slovakia

This is possible through teams of talented and dedicated professionals making us a responsive, proactive partner.

With this in mind, our all-new, multi-skilled Customer Experience Team (CET) based at Prologis Park Bratislava has been established as a vital point of contact ensuring customers receive fast and effective support. Three members of our Slovak team – Radim Haska, Peter Hyza and Jakub Randa – will use their long-term professional experience to deliver a new standard in customer support.

Radim Haska joined Prologis in September as a Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager. Together with our facility managers, he will focus on improving customer satisfaction and enhancing our service quality. Having worked both on the customer and service provider side of logistics real estate, Radim is an experienced relationship manager.

Jakub Randa, has also joined our team as a Leasing Customer Experience Manager for Slovakia and will be responsible for company’s investment projects and leasing activity in the existing and future development parks across the country. Having previously worked as a broker for industrial and retail leasing, he will bring a fresh, useful perspective to the team.

The team is completed by Peter Hyza who will take role of Project & Construction Manager and will be taking care of management of new developments and fit out of existing projects. Peter has managed projects in the transport and development field for the past twenty years and has gained valuable experience in logistics and real estate.
