ESA logistika leases 15,000 sqm at Prologis Park Piotrków

Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, has secured a new customer. ESA logistika, one of the leading supply chain operators in Central and Eastern Europe, has leased over 15,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Piotrków. The new warehouse is a key element of the company’s long-term growth strategy and significantly strengthens its operational capabilities. ESA logistika was supported in the site selection and lease negotiations process by the advisory agency Renthis Estate.

ESA logistika provides comprehensive transport, warehousing, distribution, and logistics process outsourcing services. Value Added Services (VAS), including labeling, co-packing, quality control, and customized order picking, are also a significant part of the company's offerings. As a TAPA member, ESA logistika places a strong emphasis on service security, continuously implementing additional procedures and safety systems.

Prologis Park Piotrków is a modern distribution center strategically located near the Bełchatów junction, connecting national road No. 74 with the A1 motorway—one of the main transportation axes in Poland. The park's excellent location allows for efficient distribution of goods throughout Poland and quick access to key European markets.
The park offers modern Class A warehouses, designed with energy efficiency and working comfort in mind. Facilities are equipped with fire protection systems (sprinklers, smoke vents), energy-efficient LED lighting, and monitoring. Tenants have access to spacious maneuvering yards, ample parking spaces, and two independent entry gates, facilitating efficient transportation and loading operations.
