Prologis has extended its contract with a leading logistics company. The partnership goes back to more than 16 years, and the newly made agreement, which also shows a long-term commitment, was facilitated by 108 Real Estate agency. For the leading provider of integrated logistics solutions, the decisive factors behind the contract extension were the high standards of the warehouse and Prologis’ services, and also the strategic location of Prologis Park Budapest-Gyál. The park sits 18 kilometres from Budapest and only 1 kilometer away from the M5 motorway and the M0 motorway, enabling fast, seamless transport and efficient access to supply chains.
Prologis’ logistics centre is also fully adapted to the customer’s needs, and is also undergoing a number of upgrades with sustainability in mind. Prologis enhances the energy efficiency of the warehouse and office space adjacent to it, replaces windows at the office space façade, installs EV charging system, and replaces the previous LED lighting with a programmable LED system for even more efficient motion and light-sensing operations. The company also installs new docking gates at the warehouse, which ensures smooth operations tailor-made to the customer.
