The building will be ready to start operations in the second half of 2024, complete with sustainable features saving customers money while protecting the environment. These will include heat pumps, a roof that’s ready for a photovoltaic installation, smart LED lighting with motion and daylight intensity sensors, and a smart metering system for maximized efficiency in utilities consumption. Similar to all recently-completed Prologis’ development, DC3 at Prologis Park Prague-Chrášťany will be submitted for BREEAM accreditation.
