Rok-Log Logistic at Prologis Park Poznań II
Customer News
Rok Log Logistic, a Polish company offering comprehensive logistics solutions — from warehousing, co-packing, and product assembly to the setup of promotional displays and e-commerce services — is entering a new stage of expansion in Greater Poland. The company has signed a lease for nearly 3,700 sqm of warehouse space at Prologis Park Poznań II.
For this new Prologis customer, the move means not only greater operational capacity but also a significant qualitative leap. The facility’s high standards will provide employees with comfortable working conditions, while modern logistics solutions and its strategic location will enable even more efficient customer service.
The DC1 building, where Rok Log Logistic has established its operations, offers approximately 32,600 sqm of modern warehouse and office space.
“The facility stands out by combining high functionality with design solutions aligned with the principles of sustainable development. Among the technologies implemented to reduce energy consumption and operating costs are a smart metering system and energy-efficient LED lighting,” said Iwona Kotulska, Leasing and Customer Experience Manager.
“The decision to lease space at Prologis Park Poznań II is a deliberate step toward further growth. We were looking for a facility that would allow us to scale our operations in the coming years while aligning with our business approach — combining operational efficiency, employee comfort, and environmental responsibility. The Class A warehouse at Prologis Park Poznań II gives us confidence that we can continue to develop sustainably, meeting the growing needs of our customers,” said Brunon Pogodziński, President of the Management Board at Rok-Log Logistic.
Prologis Park Poznań II is a modern logistics center that provides a stable base for efficient operations management. The complex stands out for its strategic location and excellent infrastructure — convenient road access, spacious parking, and a 24-hour monitoring system. Another advantage is direct access to public transport, ensuring employees an easy and comfortable commute to work.
A strategic location
Rok-Log Logistic’s decision is yet another confirmation of the strategic importance of the Poznań metropolitan area.
“Poznań is one of the fastest-growing logistics markets in Poland and has long been part of the so-called ‘Big Five.’ Thanks to its central position in western Poland and proximity to the German border, the region attracts companies seeking excellent transport connections, high operational efficiency, and flexible warehouse space that supports long-term growth. That’s why it’s one of the areas where Prologis continues to expand. Currently, we have three logistics parks in the Poznań area offering modern warehouse and office space. Moreover, fully prepared investment plots are available at Prologis Park Poznań III, where three new buildings can be developed, tailored to the individual needs of our customers, with a total area of nearly 90,000 sqm. The logistics and production park is located within city limits, allowing employees to benefit from convenient public transport connections,” said Marzena Tkaczuk, Capital Deployment Director at Prologis.
The Poznań region combines a convenient central location with access to a well-developed transport network, making it a natural hub for both domestic and international operations. Prologis strengthens this advantage by offering three parks: Prologis Park Poznań I and II in Sady — near the junction connecting National Road 92 with Route S11 — and Prologis Park Poznań III in the western part of the city, in the Junikowo district, close to the A2 motorway. This diversified network, complemented by fully prepared land for build-to-suit (BTS) projects, allows Prologis to respond flexibly to market needs and provide customers with logistics spaces that not only support current operations but also form a solid foundation for future growth.
In the location selection process, Rok-Log Logistic was supported by AXI IMMO.
“Our main task in finding space for Rok-Log Logistic was to locate a ready-to-occupy warehouse module in the western part of Poznań. After presenting a list of potential locations and recommending suitable options, the client quickly chose Prologis Park Poznań II. The offer prepared by the landlord best matched their expectations,” said Dawid Szymański, Consultant in the Industrial and Logistics Department at AXI IMMO.
