Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, has signed a new lease agreement with Chronologis, a dynamically growing 3PL logistics operator. The company will lease 5,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Błonie. The contract was concluded under the ClearLease® model, which ensures full transparency of costs and operational predictability. Real estate consultancy Platis advised the parties during the negotiations.

We are delighted to welcome Chronologis to the community of companies at Prologis Park Błonie. This location, thanks to its proximity to Warsaw—the largest consumer market in Poland—is particularly attractive for e-commerce businesses and 3PL operators. It enables fast deliveries, efficient last-mile logistics, and flexible scaling of operations. Combined with our modern infrastructure, we provide an environment that truly supports our customers in building a competitive edge,” said Piotr Lenczewski, Senior Leasing Manager at Prologis.

Chronologis will commence operations in January 2026. The relocation represents not only a change of address but also a major step forward for the company. The park’s strategic location ensures excellent access to key transport routes — the A2 motorway, national road 92, and Chopin Airport — while central Warsaw is only 25 kilometers away.

Prologis Park Błonie

We wanted a location that would support not only our logistics processes but also the people behind them. At Prologis Park Błonie, we found both: modern office and warehouse facilities, improved working conditions for our team, and a location that allows us to reach customers quickly and efficiently—both regionally and nationwide. Thanks to the Clear Lease® model, we can operate without financial uncertainty and focus on what matters most: growth and operational efficiency. As an independent operator expanding rapidly in the publishing sector, this agreement gives us access to a modern warehouse with the potential to double the range of our services,” said Sławomir Śliwieski, Chronologis.

The ClearLease® model is a modern approach to leasing that simplifies cost management. Instead of unpredictable year-end reconciliations, tenants pay a single fixed fee covering all standard operating expenses. Public charges such as utilities and property tax are billed separately, based on actual consumption and official rates.

This was a highly dynamic and efficient project—just a few weeks passed between presenting the proposal and signing the agreement. We are also pleased that the space chosen by Chronologis allows for further expansion of logistics services, including for products requiring specialized storage conditions,” said Szymon Gasparski of Platis.

Prologis Park Błonie is a modern logistics complex comprising seven functionally designed buildings with a total area of 152,000 sqm. Following Chronologis’s move, only two units will remain available—together offering 14,000 sqm ready for lease. In addition to warehouse space, the park provides infrastructure tailored to the needs of modern logistics, including high-quality office facilities, advanced security and fire protection systems, 24/7 monitoring, and spacious maneuvering yards to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
