Trans-Pack Logisztika Kft. has leased an additional 3,780 square meters at Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget, growing its presence from 15,000 to nearly 19,000 square meters at the park. With this expansion, the company now operates over 35,000 square meters of warehouse space in the Budapest region and more than 45,000 square meters across Hungary.
The logistics provider, which specializes in groupage transport, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, required additional space on short notice. Prologis responded swiftly, delivering a customized solution in just two weeks to meet the client's specific needs.
The facility leased by Trans-Pack meets the highest industry standards, featuring an advanced LED lighting system that supports energy efficiency and a comfortable working environment. Strategically located 17 kilometers from downtown Budapest, the park is easily accessible via public transport. It offers direct connections to major international routes, thanks to its proximity to the M0 motorway, only one kilometer away.
Trans-Pack opted for the ClearLease® solution, which includes a fixed operational fee covering all administrative, maintenance, and repair costs. This provides tenants with enhanced financial predictability and simplified planning.
