Prologis Extends partnership with Fast Hungary at Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget II

Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate announced that Fast Hungary Ltd., a leading electronics retailer, has signed a lease for approximately 7,400 square meters of space at Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget II. Under a ClearLease® agreement, Fast Hungary Ltd. will occupy 6,500 m² of warehouse facilities and 900 m² of turnkey, customized office space. The agreement was concluded under the ClearLease® model, which offers customers greater predictability through fixed operating costs.

The building leased by Fast Hungary Ltd. is one of the final speculative developments available at the park. It features a clear height of 12 metres, a floor load capacity of 7 tonnes per square metre, and an optimized column grid that improves space usability and racking efficiency. Heating is partly supplied by energy-efficient heat pumps, and the unit is equipped with motion-sensor LED lighting systems that can be adjusted to suit specific operational needs. In addition to the modern infrastructure, the decision to lease at the park was influenced by the ongoing collaboration between the two companies, the comprehensive suite of value-added services offered by Prologis—including the Essentials platform—and the on-site support provided by the local customer experience team.
