LOGISTEED Poland Expands Partnership with Prologis with New Lease in Wrocław

Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, has signed a new lease agreement with LOGISTEED Poland (formerly ESA Logistik Polska) at Prologis Park Wrocław IV. One of the leading supply chain operators in Central and Eastern Europe has leased more than 5,200 square meters of modern warehouse space and approximately 330 square meters of office space.
The new location will serve as an operational hub for logistics services, including warehousing, distribution and value-added processes that support the efficient flow of goods across international markets. LOGISTEED Poland was advised by Rhentis during the site selection process and lease negotiations.
LOGISTEED Poland provides end-to-end transport, warehousing, distribution and logistics process outsourcing services. Its operations also include sales and distribution support services such as labeling, co-packing and customized order fulfillment. As a member of TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association), the company places particular emphasis on operational security, which is essential when serving customers in the high-value goods sector and requires warehouse facilities that meet rigorous standards.

We were looking for a facility that would allow us to carry out complex warehouse processes, such as preparing goods for specific distribution channels, while maintaining high security standards and operational efficiency. This is another project delivered in partnership with Prologis — a partner that understands the needs of logistics operators and can quickly and flexibly adapt solutions to individual customer requirements,” said Robert Łobas, Warehouse Product Manager at LOGISTEED Poland.

Prologis Park Wrocław IV is a modern logistics center offering flexible space that can be precisely tailored to customers’ operational requirements — from standard warehousing and distribution to more advanced activities such as light manufacturing or temperature-controlled storage.

Prologis Park Wrocław IV is located in Kąty Wrocławskie, directly off the A4 motorway — a key transport corridor linking Western and Eastern Europe. Thanks to its proximity to Wrocław, the city’s motorway bypass and the airport, the park enables efficient and seamless supply chain operations at both the national and international level.
“Wrocław and the surrounding area are one of the key regions for our operations in Poland. The region’s attractiveness is driven by its strategic location, excellent road infrastructure, strong logistics base and access to a skilled workforce. Prologis already has a strong presence in Lower Silesia, and we are also well positioned to deliver additional warehouse projects. At Prologis Park Wrocław V, located directly by the A4 motorway and the S8 expressway, we can develop new facilities totaling more than 58,000 square meters, fully tailored to individual customer needs. LOGISTEED Poland and Prologis continue to grow their partnership
The new lease agreement marks another milestone in the partnership between Prologis and LOGISTEED Poland. In 2025, the operator leased more than 15,000 square meters of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Piotrków, strengthening its operational footprint in central Poland.
LOGISTEED’s presence in another Prologis park underscores the long-term nature of the relationship and reflects its confidence in the quality of Prologis facilities and the company’s flexible approach, tailored to the specific needs of logistics operators.
