The facility features an intelligent Building Management System (BMS), allowing remote monitoring of utility consumption and HVAC system control.

LED lighting, integrated with the DALI smart lighting management system, automatically adjusts brightness levels based on room conditions, optimizing energy use.

High energy efficiency is further ensured by enhanced wall and roof insulation, which minimizes heat loss. The building is also prepped for the installation of solar panels and heat pumps.
