An industry leader in the  logistics and transportation sector made an impressive addition to their space in Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor. With the new contract, Prologis leased the company more warehouse space, growing from 7000 sqm leased so far to 14000 sqm. The industry leader has maintained a presence in this park since 2022.

A key factor in the decision was the location of Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor. The park is located just 12 kilometres from the city centre, and due to the proximity of the M6 and M0 motorways and the international airport, Prologis customers have easy access to the main supply chain routes. Another deciding factor was the quality of the building, a recipient of the internationally recognized BREEAM “Very Good” certificate. Over the years, the logistics and transportation company has enjoyed several of the first-class services provided by the Prologis team, which they intend to continue using.
