The Polish branch of Prologis has once again been awarded the prestigious Great Place To Work® certificate, marking the third year in a row that the company has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Poland.
The Great Place To Work® certificate is one of Poland’s most important awards for employers, based entirely on what employees themselves say about their experiences in the workplace. Through complex employee opinion analyses, unique workplaces are selected that promote commitment, organizational cultures based on trust, and innovative approaches to human resources management.
Prologis places great emphasis on creating inspiring, satisfying work environments, viewing the satisfaction and contentment of its employees as key to its value for customers and its business success. As such, Prologis regularly examines employee satisfaction levels and participates in the Great Place to Work® certification program in Poland every year.
In this year’s certification process, almost 100% of the company's employees in Poland shared their opinion, providing a total of 1,066 responses. Such high turnout in the satisfaction survey is a clear signal that a culture of open feedback is deeply rooted within the organization. Conclusions drawn from these survey responses clearly confirm that Prologis is a great place to work, with 89% of respondents saying they would describe the company in this way, taking into account all surveyed areas, including credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie.
