TVM Group is strengthening its presence in the Czech and Slovak markets. The company has chosen Prologis Park Prague-Airport, a BREEAM Outstanding-certified building recognized for its high energy efficiency, and Prologis Park Bratislava as strategic locations to further enhance its regional logistics operations and customer service capabilities.
TVM Group has been active in the road transport market since 2012, with the Czech Republic and Slovakia among the first countries in which it began its operations.
The new 2,638 m² facility at Prologis Park Prague-Airport (in Jeneč) consists of 130 m2 of newly constructed office space and a warehouse equipped with 8 loading docks and one ground-level door.
Located in close proximity to Prague and the D6 and D7 motorways, the site provides fast access to both national and international road networks. Combined with a dedicated local TVM fleet assigned to the facility, this allows for faster vehicle turnaround during loading and a high degree of flexibility in handling orders, including non-standard schedules and configurations.

Over time, we have developed a deep understanding of local transport dynamics and customer requirements. Bringing our facilities in Jeneč and Senec online strengthens our international transport capabilities. It enables us to expand regular connections between TVM Group warehouses and improve the utilisation of our fleet’s loading capacity. As a result, we can deliver goods faster and more securely while maintaining competitive pricing,” said Adam Biłka, Vice President of the Management Board at TVM Transport & Logistics.
