Arvato, the leading provider of supply chain management services for the e-commerce and healthcare sectors, has extended its lease for logistics space at Prologis Park Stryków — a strategic logistics hub located near Łódź, close to key transport infrastructure.
The company will continue its collaboration with Prologis in a modern warehouse facility of more than 40,000 square meters, from which it provides logistics services for one of the world’s leading fashion brands.
This decision marks another step in the long-standing partnership between the two companies. Arvato now operates from four Prologis locations in Poland, occupying a total of more than 131,000 square meters.
“The decision to extend our lease at Prologis Park Stryków was driven, among other factors, by the park’s excellent location — which supports operational efficiency — and by the fact that the facility is fully adapted to the specific nature of our business,” said Lidia Ratajczak-Kluck, CEO of Arvato Polska.
The facility used by Arvato at Prologis Park Stryków was designed and built to the company’s specifications as a build-to-suit (BTS) project. It features 28 loading docks and a mezzanine level for more efficient use of space. Energy-efficient LED lighting and roof skylights ensure optimal daylight access, while a smart utility monitoring system and enhanced insulation of walls and roofing contribute to superior energy performance.

Strategic Location and Room for Growth
Prologis Park Stryków is a modern logistics center situated just one kilometer from the junction of the A1 (Gdańsk–Vienna) and A2 (Berlin–Moscow) motorways, right next to Łódź. Its location ensures easy access to both national and international transport networks, as well as to a broad local labor market. The park also offers the potential for further expansion by an additional 40,000 square meters of tailor-made warehouse space.
The extension of Arvato’s lease in Stryków is another milestone in the company’s cooperation with Prologis, the global leader in logistics and industrial real estate. Earlier in 2024, Arvato signed a lease for warehouse space at Prologis Park Błonie near Warsaw, dedicated to serving pharmaceutical clients — an agreement that both extended and expanded the existing collaboration by several thousand additional square meters. Arvato now occupies 14,200 square meters in Błonie.
