DTW, a logistics and distribution company, has renewed its lease of 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Błonie.

The new agreement, signed under the Clear Lease® model, marks the continuation of a partnership that began in 2015 and celebrates a decade of DTW’s presence at one of Prologis’ flagship locations in the Warsaw metropolitan area.

In recent months, Prologis Park Błonie has seen significant activity – we’ve welcomed new customers, while existing partners such as Iron Mountain have chosen to extend their stay. DTW’s renewal is another example of a long-term relationship built on trust, tailored solutions, and financial stability. Knowing that this park continues to support our customers’ operational growth every day is a great source of pride. These agreements confirm that our offer remains relevant, meeting real business needs and exceeding the expectations of even the most demanding customers,” said Piotr Lenczewski, Senior Leasing Manager, Prologis.

The contract is based on the Clear Lease® model – a transparent leasing structure that provides a fixed operating fee covering all standard running costs. Utilities and taxes are charged separately, based on actual consumption and current rates.

Prologis Park Błonie plays a key role in our logistics network – it’s where we started, and it remains home to one of our operational hubs serving customers across Poland and beyond. Extending the lease was a natural decision: the location works perfectly, and our cooperation with Prologis has always been smooth and professional. Clear Lease® gives us an added advantage – with predictable terms, we can plan our budget more effectively and focus on operational growth without the risk of unexpected costs,” said Filip Kazimierczak, Director of Contract Logistics Operations at DTW.

Prologis Park Błonie is a logistics hub designed for companies that want not only to manage daily operations efficiently but also to scale their business without relocating. The park consists of seven buildings with a total of 152,000 sqm of modern space. Currently, two modules remain available, offering a combined 14,000 sqm.

The park’s state-of-the-art infrastructure includes advanced security and fire protection systems, modern office space, and spacious maneuvering yards, ensuring operational efficiency and safety at every stage of the supply chain.

Just 25 kilometers from central Warsaw, the park’s location offers rapid access to Poland’s largest consumer market and reliable nationwide and international connections. Its proximity to the E30 (DK92), the A2 motorway, and Chopin Airport makes Prologis Park Błonie a strategic base for companies expanding across Poland and Europe.
