Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, has signed a new lease agreement with a leading global logistics company for 11,000 square meters of space at Prologis Park Prague-Rudná. The contract further strengthens the long-term partnership between the two companies. With this lease, Prologis Park Prague-Rudná is now nearly fully occupied, confirming the consistently high demand for this premium location on the outskirts of Prague, known for its excellent transport accessibility and direct connection to the D5 motorway. Covering 237,000 square meters, the park in Rudná is one of the largest Prologis parks in the Czech Republic. Currently, 98.5% of the warehouse space is leased, with only a few smaller units still available.

One of the world’s leading transport and logistics companies, the new partner operates across multiple Prologis locations in Central and Eastern Europe. The latest expansion at Prologis Park Prague-Rudná is part of a broader cooperation between Prologis and this logistics powerhouse, which is also active in Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary. The long-standing collaboration between the two companies is built on a shared commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and strategic growth.

Since acquiring the park in 2014, Prologis has invested over CZK 750 million in its modernization and upgrades. This investment has transformed the site into a state-of-the-art logistics hub, equipped with modern LED lighting systems, energy-efficient heating, new roofs with enhanced insulation, and reinforced security features. In addition, a smart metering system has been implemented to optimize energy consumption.
