Leonard Kubanek with regional role at Prologis

Leonard Kubanek, formerly Director of Project Management, has been promoted to Vice President and Head of Development Management in Central Europe at Prologis. The change is a result of the company's dynamic growth and aims to further leverage the potential of the global leader in logistics real estate in the Central European region.

Upon assuming his new position, Leonard Kubanek is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of all Prologis development projects in the Central Europe region, which includes Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. His responsibilities include, among others, managing current investments, analyzing and identifying new investment opportunities in local markets and developing and implementing development strategies for the region.

He is an expert whose professionalism, knowledge and competence are invaluable to our team and clients. Leonard Kubanek joined Prologis in 2018 as Director of Project Management. Prior to that, he gained experience at Evatronix in Gliwice and then at SMI Metal Bau in Germany, building a solid engineering foundation. After returning to Poland, he took the position of Project Manager at Mexem, then worked as a supervisor of steel structures at the construction of the Glassworks in Dabrowa Gornicza. He spent the next few years working at CFE, Tebodin and CBRE, where he managed large industrial projects.
