Anna Kutyłowska

As Director, Head of FP&A Europe, Anna Kutyłowska manages the regional financial planning and analysis department. She is responsible for budgeting and forecasting the company’s operational and investment activity and for management reporting covering the extensive scope of the company’s activity in Europe. 

She has been associated with Prologis for more than a decade and since that moment, she has been dynamically developing her career path. She started working at the company in 2011, in the Property Management division and thanks to her commitment and versatility, she was quickly promoted to the position of Property Data Manager for the region of Central Europe. Then, she gained further experience and developed her skills as Senior Property Data Manager and in less than two years she was promoted to the position of Pan-European PDBM Coordinator where she was responsible for the quality of data on real estate and lease agreements for the European portfolio, by implementing standards, streamlining processes and participating in initiatives aimed at improving the quality of reporting. In 2020, she was appointed Finance Manager in charge of the whole region of CE. 

Anna is an engineer, a graduate in Aerospace Engineering with a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.

She completed CCIM courses (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
