Energy saving projects at Prologis Park Prague-Rudna aim to cut energy consumption and promote sustainability in the logistics sector. Co-financed by the European Union, they also target specific warehouses to reduce CO2 emissions, particulate emissions, SO2, and NOx. By modernizing heat sources and lighting systems, the projects enhance energy efficiency and minimize ecological impact. With the collaboration of our stakeholders and EU support, these initiatives create a greener future and a truly responsible approach to logistics real estate.

Prologis Subsidy Program 

PROLOGIS PARK PRAGUE-RUDNA – phase I

The project aims to reduce the energy demand of business premises, specifically warehouses 2, 3, 9, 13, and 14. Another goal is to reduce CO2 emissions, particulate emissions, SO2, and NOx. Project activities include modernization of heat sources and lighting.

PROLOGIS PARK PRAGUE-RUDNA – phase II

The project aims to reduce the energy demand of business premises, specifically warehouses 1, 5, 6, 7, and 10. Another goal is to reduce CO2 emissions, particulate emissions, SO2, and NOx. Project activities include the modernization of heat sources and lighting.

PROLOGIS PARK PRAGUE-RUDNA – phase III

The project aims to reduce the energy demand of business premises, specifically warehouses 4, 8, 11, and 12. Another goal is to reduce CO2 emissions, particulate emissions, SO2, and NOx. Project activities include the modernization of heat sources and lighting.

PROLOGIS PARK PRAGUE-RUDNA - phase IV

The project aims to reduce the energy demand of business premises, specifically warehouses 15, 16, and 17. Another goal is to reduce CO2 emissions, particulate emissions, SO2, and NOx. Project activities include the modernization of heat sources and lighting.
