TVM Group is strengthening its presence in the Slovak and Czech markets. For cross-dock facilities supporting the continued growth of its transport services, TVM Group selected Prologis Park Prague-Airport in Jeneč and Prologis Park Bratislava in Senec.

The new 3,000 m² facility at Prologis Park Bratislava supports cross-docking operations for mixed goods. The site includes 112 m² of newly constructed office space and a total of six loading docks, plus one ground-level door. The strategic location of Prologis Park Bratislava near the D1 motorway allows the site to function as a consolidation hub for goods from Slovakia as well as neighbouring regions in Austria, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.

“The Czech Republic and Slovakia have been core markets for us since the outset of our operations. Over time, we have built a deep understanding of local transport dynamics and customer requirements,” said Adam Biłka, Vice President of the Management Board at TVM Transport & Logistics. “Bringing our facilities in Jeneč and Senec online strengthens our international transport capabilities. It enables us to expand regular connections between TVM Group warehouses and improve the utilisation of our fleet’s loading capacity. As a result, we can deliver goods faster and more securely while maintaining competitive pricing.”

“We are delighted to support TVM Group in strengthening its operations in the Slovak and Czech markets and to welcome them to Prologis Park Bratislava,” said Jakub Randa, Senior Leasing & Customer Experience Manager at Prologis. “With a sustainable and strategically located facility, TVM will be able to efficiently serve its customers and further enhance its regional logistics operations.”
