Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, has renewed its lease agreement with DHL, one of the world’s leading logistics companies, for 13,000 square meters of warehouse space at Prologis Park Brno-Syrovice DC1. The renewal reinforces a long-term collaboration, with DHL occupying approximately 200,000 square meters across Prologis parks in the Czech Republic, including major facilities at Prologis Park Prague D1 West and Prologis Park Prague-Jirny.

DHL is one of Prologis’ key customers in the Czech Republic and across Central Europe, operating logistics solutions for a wide range of industries. At the Brno-Syrovice location, the company provides logistics services for a global manufacturer of advanced connectivity solutions that support sectors such as renewable energy, industrial automation, and next-generation infrastructure.

“We are pleased to continue our cooperation with Prologis in Brno-Syrovice. This location is an important part of our logistics network in the Czech Republic, and the renewed lease ensures we can maintain efficient and reliable operations,” said Jan Karban, Regional Operations Director Moravia, DHL

The lease is structured under the Prologis Clear Lease® model, which provides customers with greater transparency and predictability by consolidating operating costs into a clear and stable structure. This approach simplifies property management and enables customers to better plan their long-term operational expenses.

As part of the lease renewal, the warehouse has been adapted to better support DHL’s operational requirements, with a focus on ensuring a stronger energy connection to accommodate current and future operational needs.

“We value the long-term relationship we have built with DHL across Central Europe. Their decision to stay with us in Brno-Syrovice demonstrates not only the strategic importance of this location but also our ability to provide consistent, high-quality space that supports the evolving needs of their logistics operations,” said Martin Čihák, Leasing and Customer Experience Manager at Prologis.

Prologis Park Brno-Syrovice is strategically located for both domestic and international distribution, with direct access to major transport corridors and close proximity to Brno, the country’s second-largest city and the economic center of Moravia, as well as the Austrian border.
