Procan Stays with Prologis – Błonie is Key to Serving Poland’s Largest Consumer Market

Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, has announced the extension of its cooperation with Procan at Prologis Park Błonie. Under the new agreement, based on the Clear Lease® model, the customer will continue leasing 2,300 sqm of warehouse space. In total, including the 7,600 sqm already in use in the adjacent building, Procan now occupies nearly 10,000 sqm at this location. These facilities serve as a hub for handling sensitive goods, supporting logistics operations for clients in the e-commerce and B2B sectors.

The Clear Lease® model offers fixed operating costs, eliminating the unpredictability often seen with standard contracts. Its transparent cost structure is based on a single, fixed operational rate covering, among other things, maintenance, repairs, and administration. Additional charges such as utilities or taxes are settled separately based on actual usage.

In Prologis Park Błonie, the company leases almost 10,000 sqm in two neighboring buildings, while in Prologis Park Poznań II, it occupies 6,500 sqm. With a presence in these two dynamic markets, the company can operate efficiently on a nationwide scale while maintaining operational flexibility and a high standard of customer service.
