GEODIS – a leading global provider of customized solutions in transport, warehousing, logistics and supply chain management – will lease 9,600 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Teresin. The agreement was signed under the Clear Lease® model, which ensures full cost transparency and operational predictability.
GEODIS’ relocation to Prologis Park Teresin marks a significant qualitative step forward in the company’s development. The decision to lease a larger warehouse space than previously occupied, meeting modern technical standards, creates a solid foundation for further growth and enhanced operational efficiency.
An important component of the agreement includes the delivery of approximately 200 sqm of office space, which will be fully customized by Prologis to meet GEODIS’ needs.

The agreement between Prologis and GEODIS was concluded under the Clear Lease® model, which simplifies operational cost management by introducing a fixed fee covering standard operating expenses. This solution eliminates variability and hard-to-predict settlements during the lease term. Public charges, such as utilities and property tax, are settled separately based on actual consumption and applicable administrative rates.

GEODIS’ selection of Prologis Park Teresin confirms the status of the Warsaw region as one of the most important logistics hubs in Poland. This part of the country attracts international leaders thanks to its modern infrastructure and business-friendly environment, particularly for 3PL companies seeking flexible solutions tailored to large-scale operations.
“GEODIS’ decision confirms the importance of the Warsaw region as a logistics and business hub. In addition to effectively managing our existing portfolio of parks, we are consistently delivering new projects. One of them is Prologis Park Nadarzyn II, located in the municipality of Siestrzeń. On a 23-hectare site, approximately 117,000 square meters of modern warehouse and office space will be developed,” says Kamila Pruk-Piotrowska, Head of Capital Deployment at Prologis.
“The construction of new facilities in the municipality will also bring benefits to the local economy – as is the case in other locations where we carry out our projects. New jobs will be created, and additional revenues to the municipal budget will help fund much-needed investments,” she explains.
Prologis Park Teresin – An International and Domestic Logistics Hub
Prologis Park Teresin is a logistics complex consisting of three buildings with a total area of nearly 160,000 sqm, located in the municipality of Teresin, approximately 40 km west of central Warsaw.
The park was designed to support efficient domestic and international distribution – offering, among others, direct access to national road DK92, quick access to the A2 motorway, and a dedicated rail siding providing a connection to the rail line linking Western Europe with the Baltic states.
