At Prologis, we put development first and promote a pro-active attitude. To this end, our initiatives go well beyond the warehouse walls: for years we have been shining a spotlight on exceptional students who will go on to shape the future of our industry.
For 14 years the “Prologis for the Best” program has been the means for us to recognize and award the best university graduates and the best theses in the field of logistics. The total value of Prologis scholarships awarded to students under all instalments of the contest has been an impressive PLN 175,000!
This year’s awards were presented on 28 September at the academic year inauguration ceremony at the Poznań School of Logistics. The jury, comprising representatives of Prologis and the Poznań School of Logistics, selected the most talented graduates and presented awards in the following categories:
- Best Master’s Thesis: the award went to Przemysław Filipiak for his paper titled, “Evaluating the functionality of selected CRM systems at an enterprise that services multiple sectors”.
- Best Bachelor’s Thesis: the award went to Karla Wesołowska for her paper titled, “Order fulfilment procedures followed at EKOL LOGISTICS and its scope for improvement”.
- Best Graduate: the title went to Dariusz Kisielewicz for achieving the highest average grade of 4.89 and for his first-rate involvement in academic activity.

The winners all have the opportunity to pursue a career in logistics and many I am sure will soon have a considerable impact on the Polish warehouse market. Each of this year’s winners will receive a scholarship grant worth PLN 4,000 funded by Prologis. We wish the students a successful new academic year, as we root for the professional development of all graduates in logistics-related fields!
