Prologis, the leader in logistics real estate, has renewed its long-standing partnership in Poland with DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, the world’s largest logistics operator. The collaboration, ongoing since 2012, continues with a new lease agreement under the Clear Lease® model. DSV will maintain its presence at Prologis Park Wrocław III, leasing 10,541 sqm of modern logistics space.

The Prologis Park Wrocław III facility plays a strategic role in this effort, serving as a hub for dedicated logistics projects—including secure supply chain solutions for the consumer electronics sector, and 4PL services for major retail brands.

Among them, the warehouse at Prologis Park Wrocław III stands out as a high-performance logistics asset. Equally important has been the ability to adapt the building to evolving requirements as new solutions are deployed.”

The Wrocław-based DSV facility at Prologis Park Wrocław III holds the TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) certification, confirming compliance with the highest security standards for handling high-value goods. The site also houses a bonded warehouse and a Temporary Storage Facility (MCS), offering importers and exporters from outside the EU the option to defer customs duties and VAT payments.

A cornerstone of the renewed lease is Prologis’ Clear Lease® model—designed to offer tenants full cost transparency. A fixed, clearly defined rate includes all standard operating expenses, administrative fees, and maintenance costs, eliminating the risk of unforeseen charges and allowing customers to plan long term with confidence.
