Ligentia, a leading provider of supply chain technology and services, is continuing its growth in Prologis Park Poznań II. Following the signing of a new lease agreement, the company has expanded its leased space by almost 18,000 square meters, reaching an impressive total of 41,000 square meters in one of Prologis’ key logistics parks in the region. The newly leased space will be used to support Ligentia’s partner, a leading home appliances company.

“Partnership with Ligentia is more than just leasing logistics space — it’s a shared growth journey built on trust, understanding, and mutual support. Since 2007, we’ve developed a close relationship in which flexible operational solutions and a long-term customer-centric approach have played a crucial role. We are proud to be part of Ligentia’s success story, with this latest chapter marked by their expanded presence at Prologis Park Poznań II,” said Iwona Kotulska, Leasing and Customer Experience Manager at Prologis.

The new lease was signed under the Clear Lease® model – a solution based on fixed operating costs throughout the lease term. These include all standard operational expenses, maintenance, repairs, and administrative fees. Public costs, such as property taxes or utility charges, are billed separately based on actual consumption and official rates. The Clear Lease® model ensures full cost predictability, eliminating the risk of unexpected expenses and giving Prologis customers complete control over their budgets.

“The dynamic changes in the 3PL market and the ever-increasing expectations of our clients require us to make fast and well-informed decisions. Choosing Prologis Park Poznań II is a strategic step to strengthen our operational infrastructure in a key location. Transparent leasing terms, top-quality facilities, and Prologis’ experience as our trusted business partner provide us with operational stability and the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the market,” said Patryk Ratajczak, Logistics Director at Ligentia.

Thanks to the new lease terms, Ligentia can fully focus on developing its logistics operations and delivering efficient customer service, further strengthening its market position.

Prologis Park Poznań II is a modern logistics complex comprising warehouse buildings with office modules, offering a total area of 120,800 square meters. The park is located in Sady, within the Tarnowo Podgórne municipality — just 15 kilometers from Poznań city center and 9 kilometers from Poznań-Ławica International Airport. It is adjacent to the Swadzim junction, which connects National Road 92 with Expressway S11, serving as the city’s bypass. The strategic location of Prologis Park Poznań II in the heart of Greater Poland ensures quick and convenient access to key transportation routes toward Germany, the Czech Republic, and northern Poland. An additional advantage of the location is its proximity to public transport, which facilitates commuting and increases the park’s appeal to potential employees.
