Justyna Witecka

Justyna Witecka as vice president, investment services Central Europe (CE), is responsible for the analysis and appraisal of new capital deployment opportunities and  the preparation of the results for the executive committee.

She has 17 years of experience in real estate. Witecka is responsible for researching and preparing investment memorandums as a basis for the decision-making process of the executive committee of Prologis, developing cash flow for all existing assets in CEE, performing reliable due diligence and risk analyses, working with Prologis Funds on contribution, analysing numbers on building stabilization date, being part of the disposition team and working with external valuers to determine the right value for land or property.

Witecka graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, the UK, with a Master’s in Property Appraisal and Management. She has a postgraduate degree from the Technical University of Warsaw in Real Estate Valuation. She also has a Master’s in Economics, majoring in finance, from the Technical University of Radom. She is a member of CCIM and RICS.
