Anna Jönsson, vice president, legal counsel for Central Europe (CE), oversees all legal aspects of operations in Poland, including setting up and negotiations of lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, supervising all litigation matters, and compliance of the business.
As part of the European legal department she collaborates with the other Prologis legal counsels as well as external advisors to ensure efficiency and cross-border co-ordination of requirements of our international customers.
Jönsson joined Prologis in 2008. She has 27 years of experience in real estate transactions, development, construction, leasing and operations. Jönsson began her professional career at Skanska in 1998. As a senior counsel at law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel she provided legal advice on real estate transactions.
Jönsson earned her Master of Laws degree in 1998 from Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration. She is admitted to the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She is a qualified member of the RICS and CCIM Institute.
