We’re thrilled to announce the start of development for another 14,000-square-meter building in Hungary at the new Prologis Park Budapest - Sziget II. The latest stage of the project follows the signing of a preliminary lease agreement with a Hungarian-owned freight forwarding and warehousing company for 13,700 square meters of space constructed during the first phase.

The latest development in our Hungarian portfolio is located in a premium location just 17 kilometers south of Budapest city center, in Szigetszentmiklós, next to the M0 motorway.
