For the second year in a row, Prologis was confirmed as one of the best employers in Poland by taking home the Reliable Employer of the Year 2022 title. The title was awarded for the company’s high employment standards, safe working conditions and opportunities for employee development.
The main criterion for selecting the winners of the award is broadly understood “quality of employment”. The selection committee assess aspects such as respect for labor laws and health and safety rules, timely payments, social conditions, employee training and the possibility of a strong career path, as well as recent employment dynamics in the company.
