The annual Reliable Employer distinction was presented in Poland for the twentieth time, to companies that go above and beyond in their activities for employees. The aim of the awards program, run under the auspices of Business Center Club and the Employers of Poland organization, is to select the best employers in Poland that promote innovative HR solutions and openly share their experiences with the market.
The Reliable Employer title is awarded to companies whose exemplary personnel policies translate into high-quality products and services.
The distinction was awarded to Prologis this year on the basis of an evaluation by the competition's selection committee, examining criteria such as working conditions, social conditions, a clear and defined career path, and healthy employment dynamics.

We have also increased employees’ annual number of days of paid leave for volunteering work from four to five. Prologis was also named a Reliable Employer for 20 Years to mark the special anniversary of the program. This is a distinction for companies that have been promoting reliable employment values over the past two decades. In their justification, the jury emphasized Prologis’ transparency and objectivity in its recruitment and remuneration processes, as well as the company's commitment to grassroots initiatives and its system of non-wage benefits, adapted to changing circumstances.
