Prologis Poland has been recognized as one of the most dynamically developing companies in Poland with inclusion in the prestigious “Forbes Diamonds” ranking. "Forbes Diamonds" are awarded to private companies that have achieved the highest average increase in value over the last three years. Companies are considered who submitted their financial statements to the National Court Register or sent them directly to the company preparing the ranking.
This is Forbes’ fifteenth edition of the list of the fastest developing companies in Poland. The distinction for Prologis confirms the strength of the brand and its ability to build business value, and is a testament to its leading position not only in the warehouse real estate industry, but also within the Polish business environment as a whole.

The results of the ranking were developed using the Swiss method of company valuation. The key criteria included: financial results for the years 2017–2021, total value of assets, payment history, payment credibility, and no negative legal events. The chosen companies were divided according to the region in which they have their headquarters and their revenue category: PLN 5-50 million, PLN 50-250 million, and over PLN 250 million.
In recent years, Prologis in Poland has seen record low vacancy rates and constantly growing demand for logistics space. In response to the expectations of current and potential tenants, the company has completed dozens of investments – most of them tailored BTS (Build-To-Suit) facilities – and has launched a new Prologis Essentials warehousing solutions service for customers.
