Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor

 

Designed, constructed, delivered and fully occupied! In June our long-term customer, logistics company FIEGE, signed a lease for all 10,600 square meters of our new Building 12 at Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor. This transaction expands our customers’ footprint at the park, to a total area of 40,000 square meters.

The park has excellent access to international trade routes via the N6 national road and M0 and M6 motorways.

Modern and sustainable

Building 12 is a state-of-the-art facility which is Prologis’s first BIM-designed building in Central Europe. It has been carefully designed to be sustainable and efficient. The innovative heating system cuts heating costs by 30 percent and the energy-efficient LED lighting and large skylights reduce electricity consumption by 45 percent compared to the latest lighting standards. A smart metering system helps monitor and regulate the use of the utilities. Next to the building are electric charging stations for cars, encouraging a wider trend of electric mobility within the park.
