Prologis has won the Ethical Company of the Year award. This is the second year in a row that the high standards we adhere to in our relations with employees and customers were noticed and appreciated by an independent panel of experts.
The distinction is awarded by economic daily Puls Biznesu, honoring companies that not only comply with legal or ethical standards, but also build trust and good relations with employees and business partners. The principles of fair competition and actions going beyond the achievement of business goals are also appreciated, including initiatives supporting local communities or groups at risk of social exclusion.

Strict criteria for receiving the award are thoroughly verified in an audit process by PwC Legal specialists. The honorary patron of this year's edition of the competition was the Polish Minister of Development and Technology.“
“Prologis has implemented a number of initiatives with employees, business partners and customers in mind. Recently, we have been directing our efforts towards support-ing Ukrainian refugees. Our employees have made donations to the International Red Cross and our foundation is doubling those donations, in addition to supporting other selected humanitarian aid organizations. We also provide free of charge warehouse space as part of the Space for Good program, including for the Saint Nicholas Founda-tion in Chorzów. Meanwhile, we make it easier for our employees to help respond to the refugee crisis as well, increasing their number of paid leave days for volunteering from 4 to 5 a year,” explained Marta Tęsiorowska, vice president, Head of Marketing & Communications Prologis in Europe.
