Máté Szoboszlay, Capital Deployment Director for Hungary, wins Portfolio Property Award
For the twelfth year running, the Portfolio Property Awards have been held to honor the year’s most outstanding and influential real estate projects and transactions. The awards are presented in 17 different categories, decided by a professional jury of 8 members.
We’re thrilled that this year's Real Estate Talent of the Year Award went to our colleague Máté Szoboszlay. Máté joined our team in February 2020, responsible for identifying new development opportunities, coordinating build-to-suit projects and customer acquisition in Hungary.
Máté has more than a decade’s worth of experience in portfolio management and transactions. He has a degree in foreign trade and economics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and an advanced general property management qualification.
“We’re very proud of Máté's success. Awards like his not only show that Prologis is at the cutting edge of global warehouse and distribution space, but also that with colleagues such as Máté, we are able to offer more than just 4 walls and a roof to our customers. This is the added value that makes us successful at both an individual and company level,” said Paweł Sapek, Prologis senior vice president and regional head for Central Europe.
“I am convinced that the key to lasting success and stable growth is being able to adapt rapidly to a shifting environment, current market trends and customer needs,” said Máté Szoboszlay. “I am thrilled to receive this award and look forward to helping drive forward Prologis’ business in Hungary over the coming year.”
