IMPACT Day gives our employees the opportunity to demonstrate Prologis’ core values of Integrity, Mentorship, Passion, Accountability, Courage and Teamwork (IMPACT).
Every May, more than 1,600 Prologis employees in 68 cities and 18 countries across the globe roll up their sleeves and give back to the communities in which they live and work. In the process, our employees have served more than 60 nonprofit organizations.
Prologis employees engage in a range of volunteer activities, from environmental cleanup campaigns and renovation work in social facilities to programs for traffic safety and wildlife conservation. For the past five years, Prologis employees in CEE have engaged in projects to renovate houses and youth centers and care for animals.
The Hungarian team, for the third year in a row, worked with Habitat for Humanity to renovate houses for those in need. And the Polish team helped Habitat for Humanity by renovating the Youth Center for Artistic Development in Legionowo. Additionally, a combined Czech and Slovak team partnered with Prague Zoo in 2017 to help return endangered species to the wild.
