We are pleased to announce that we have signed lease agreements totaling more than 12,450 square meters of space at our Slovak park. The new transactions consist of extended and brand-new leases with a varied customer base – from retailer to logistics companies – who can all benefit from being part of the Prologis family.

As members of this flourishing community, we continue to provide them with ongoing operational support and customized services from our brand-new Customer Experience Team (CET) based at Prologis Park Bratislava. The local CET is a responsive partner for our customers, fulfilling their most demanding needs while solving everyday operational issues.

To make life at Prologis Park Bratislava even easier, we have also launched Prologis Essential Marketplace. This pan-European platform enables our new and existing customers to simply click and order various prefabricated or tailor-made logistics solutions, such as LED lighting, racking systems, or forklifts. Implementing these solutions is a seamless process which makes operations at Prologis Park Bratislava more efficient for our customers, more comfortable for their employees, and more sustainable for our planet.

The recent transactions comprise the following:

  • 3,650 square meter lease expansion and relocation to Building 6 for PHOENIX Zdravotnícke zásobovanie, a.s., a pharmaceutical logistics company;
  • 3,600 square meter lease expansion for electronics retailer Nay at Building 4;
  • 2,700 square meter lease expansion for logistics company DSV Solutions Slovakia s.r.o. at Building 7;
  • 2,500 square meter new lease for logistics company Gebrüder Weiss.
