Stanislav Havrda

Compliance Director, CE

Stanislav Havrda is a compliance director in the Shared Service Center–Compliance, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He is responsible for communication with local authorities, advisors, lawyers and local teams regarding all finance and compliance-related matters.

Havrda joined Prologis in September 2006 as a senior accountant. In 2010, he held the role of finance manager, overseeing a team of eight accountants in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2011, he became the compliance manager for both countries.

Before joining Prologis, Havrda was a financial controller at the Barcelo Hotel Prague, where he was responsible for the financials of three hotels, two in Prague and one in Brno.

Havrda attended the University of Economics Prague. He holds a master’s degree in economy and financial and managerial accountancy.
