Renata Kocemba
Marketing and Communications Manager, CE

Renata Kocemba

As Marketing and Communications Manager in Central Europe, Renata Kocemba is responsible for the development and implementation of the Prologis marketing strategy in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. She manages communications activities throughout the region, ensuring their alignment with global projects, as well as adapting and implementing wider Prologis projects at the local level. She also coordinates cooperation between CE countries, manages the marketing budget, and provides marketing and communications support to other departments in the company.

She has successfully implemented a number of projects across the region, including the extensive Made in Prologis image campaign and the PARKlife™ project for customers and their employees. Under her leadership, and for the first time in the region, the Prologis Dock Doors of Giving charity campaign and a number of other initiatives supporting employees and their families were carried out, even during the difficult pandemic situation. Such activities aimed at employees and local communities – as well as Prologis' communication strategy in Poland as a whole – have received recognition: the company received the title of Ethical Company 2020, awarded by Puls Biznesu, and was included in Wprost’s list of the 50 companies operating in Poland which provided the best support during the pandemic.

Renata has worked with Prologis for over a decade, during which she has continuously developed her career. She started working for the company as an Office Coordinator, and soon became an assistant in the Marketing Department. She then gained new experience and added to her skills as Marketing & Communications Coordinator. In 2020, she was appointed head of the Marketing Department for Central Europe, and as Marketing and Communications Manager CE, took over the management of communications for the entire region.

She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Upper Silesian School of Economics in Katowice, and undertook postgraduate studies in public relations at the Warsaw School of Economics.
