Leonard Kubanek

Leonard Kubanek is director project management Poland. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s development and construction activities across the country, heading the project management team from the Warsaw office.

Kubanek came to Prologis in 2018 with more than 15 years of experience in leading the design, permitting and construction of industrial projects in Poland. Prior to joining Prologis, he was head of industrial services in building consultancy at CBRE Poland, where he acted as project director for key clients in the engineering, procurement and construction processes. Before that, Kubanek worked as director of industrial projects for Tebodin.

Kubanek graduated from Silesia University of Technology with a master’s degree in civil engineering (specializing in building construction). He is a member of the professional body Małopolska Okręgowa Izba Inżynierów Budownictwa in Kraków with a license to design and manage building projects in the construction category. He speaks Polish and English.
